What you will do

• Design or modify complex electrical and electronic assemblies, layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex electrical problems with limited supervision.
• Define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering tests and reports.
• Perform engineering analysis and develop electrical solutions for complex product issues.
• Lead or execute engineering projects, including development of key suppliers.
• Generate product specifications, review engineering documentation, and support junior colleagues and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices, business drivers, market competition, and cross-functional engineering integration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small projects.
• Onsite work in Santa Clara, California is required.
