What you will do

• Design and simulate ATE load boards, managing BOM and vendor fabrication.
• Collaborate with TE, DE, and SE teams to ensure chip features meet customer specifications.
• Develop templates and Best-Known Methods (BKM) to standardize design flow.
• Manage high-cost critical components and outsource assembly to efficient vendors.
• Enhance design accuracy and reduce cycle time before fabrication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (3-5 years exp) or Master's/PhD (2-3 years exp) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in high-speed IO design on complex PCB assemblies for ATE.
• Proficiency in Cadence Allegro and Altium for schematic and layout design.
• Deep understanding of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) principles.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (e.g., U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident).
