What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-value venture opportunities with Product, Spend Management, and Data & Digital leaders.
• Define venture strategies based on customer needs, market dynamics, hirify.global assets, and value-creation potential.
• Lead ventures from initial thesis through customer discovery, MVP development, pilot execution, product-market validation, and transition readiness.
• Build relationships with senior healthcare executives and lead customer discovery, co-development, design partnerships, and pilot engagements.
• Integrate product, technology, data, artificial intelligence, domain, commercial, and implementation perspectives.
• Build multidisciplinary teams, align enterprise stakeholders, and make evidence-based recommendations on investment and scaling.

Requirements

• Significant executive leadership experience building new products, businesses, or technology-enabled services in complex enterprise markets.
• Direct experience in healthcare Spend Management, supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or financial performance.
• Experience taking opportunities from concept through customer validation, product development, pilots, and initial market traction.
• Experience developing products enabled by data, analytics, artificial intelligence, or enterprise workflow integration.
• Strong commercial judgment, including business cases, pilots, willingness-to-pay validation, and early go-to-market strategy.
• Exceptional executive presence, strategic judgment, communication, collaboration, and accountability.
