AI Transformation Leader

Location: Palo Alto, United States — hybrid; significant travel to healthcare client sites required, up to 20–40% depending on active projects

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison for 2–3 healthcare clients and lead client meetings.
• Develop partnership plans covering business goals, KPIs, project plans, and delivery milestones.
• Analyze client workflows, identify value-creation opportunities, assess AI fitness, and define workflow integration and change management needs.
• Identify new AI use cases and develop business and product requirements with product teams.
• Coordinate product launches, action items, status reporting, and issue resolution across clients and internal teams.
• Facilitate data integration by aligning client data environments with engineering requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, and/or product management.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with product development and engineering teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Palo Alto role and travel 20–40% to healthcare client sites.
