Vice President - Modern Workplace Services

Location: US - TX - Home Office

Salary: $350,000–$425,000 annually, including base salary and bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year strategy for Modern Workplace Services, including end user computing, collaboration, and managed services.
• Build and lead a scalable services delivery organization with standardized service catalogs, methodologies, runbooks, and execution frameworks.
• Establish formal project and program management governance covering scope, milestones, risks, performance reporting, and customer outcomes.
• Transform operations into a disciplined, data-driven model with qualification frameworks, continuous improvement processes, and KPI-led decision-making.
• Lead global OEM and service-provider partnerhirify.globalps, including capability definition, onboarding, governance, enablement, and performance optimization.
• Improve sales enablement, opportunity quality, customer value, organizational efficiency, and leaderhirify.globalp capability across sales, services, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of leaderhirify.globalp experience in Modern Workplace Services, EUC, or IT Services.
• Proven experience building and scaling services delivery organizations and project execution models.
• Strong background in managed services, service delivery frameworks, project and program management at scale, and partner ecosystem strategy.
• Experience driving KPI-led operating models and financial performance, including margin, utilization, capacity, and delivery quality.
• Executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to align senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
