Construction Project Lead Sr

Location: In-office in Orlando, FL or West Palm Beach, FL

What you will do

• Manage the time, budget, people, and delivery of multiple construction projects.
• Oversee project plans, contractor performance, construction workflows, and quality standards.
• Develop schedules and resource plans with architects, consultants, and internal service partners.
• Determine and order project materials while coordinating project requirements.
• Monitor project costs and commitments, requesting additional funding when required.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants according to contract terms to maintain schedule and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of construction management, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, communication, planning, and internal resource coordination skills.
• Must work in the office in Orlando, FL or West Palm Beach, FL.
