Senior Manager, Construction

Location: McCarran, Nevada, United States; travel of 10% or more may be required for out-of-state projects in California, Illinois, Michigan, and Texas.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee in-house installers, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams across construction activities.
• Manage construction projects from bidding and contractor negotiations through execution, punch lists, and closeout.
• Develop project scopes and requests for proposals with infrastructure and process engineering teams.
• Oversee construction budgets, financial analysis, productivity, documentation, contracts, change orders, and project tracking.
• Perform constructability reviews, quality control, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and commissioning coordination.
• Promote construction safety and environmental compliance while tracking project metrics for leadership.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret construction design documents, P&IDs, single-line diagrams, flow diagrams, logic diagrams, and loop diagrams.
• Ability to provide constructability feedback and sequence installations across construction trades.
• Experience with permits, city and special inspections, or managing a commissioning agent is preferred.

• Proficiency with Bluebeam, ACC, and Microsoft Project.
