Senior Construction Manager

Location: DFW-04, United States. Travel is expected to support projects and pursuits across North America, with possible projects in LATAM, South America, and EMEA.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations for large, fast-moving, complex construction projects, including ground-up construction, remodels, and renovations.
• Coordinate cross-functional groups spanning design, procurement, operations, IT/network, and finance.
• Direct up to 25 or more external vendors, including general contractors, A&E design teams, commissioning agents, and equipment suppliers.
• Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, construction documents, and internal controls.
• Inspect completed and ongoing work to verify quality, specifications, and schedule compliance.
• Report project status, challenges, successes, and action plans while building strong internal and external relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience managing commercial construction projects or programs.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, project management processes, and data center design in North America.
• Ability to analyze construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and related documentation.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, construction cost estimating, proposal development, document management, and contract administration.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and team-building skills in fast-paced environments.
