Data Scientist (Generative AI)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in office and 2 days per week remote. Office locations: Louisville, KY; Boston, MA; New York, NY; Dallas, TX; Tampa, FL; Washington, DC (Arlington, VA).

Salary: $97,900–$133,500 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design and develop responsible AI solutions using Python, machine learning, generative models, and large language models.
• Build autonomous agentic AI systems with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Integrate AI applications into enterprise systems and workflows in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, product, MLOps, and DevOps teams to deploy and maintain production AI models.
• Develop advanced machine learning models, large-scale data science initiatives, and monitoring capabilities.
• Create reports, projections, models, and presentations for business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 or more years of applicable experience, or master’s degree with 1 or more year of experience.
• Experience designing agentic AI systems and developing production-ready AI solutions.
• Experience collaborating with MLOps and DevOps teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and data analysis or data mining tools.
• Experience with Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch; language modeling with transformers; and high-performance, large-scale machine learning systems.
• Experience with large-scale ETL.
