What you will do

• Develop production-ready analytics for machine condition monitoring, grid monitoring, and predictive maintenance.
• Build robust feature engineering pipelines utilizing sensor data, time-series data, and operational history.
• Design and optimize machine learning models, including Generative AI and LLM integrations.
• Deploy models into production and continuously monitor and improve inference accuracy and computational costs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Customer Success to translate industrial use cases into differentiated analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing machine learning or industrial analytics solutions.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Proven experience deploying production AI models and working with cloud-based ML environments.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Industrial AI, Utilities, Rotating Machinery, or Power Systems.
• Proficiency with Azure Machine Learning or AWS SageMaker.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMs, and Generative AI.
