Salary: $159,200 – $215,300 annually

What you will do

• Define modeling strategies and success metrics for AI-first security capabilities, agentic systems, and automated response.
• Architect RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and feedback loops for multi-agent security systems.
• Lead the design and deployment of ML or statistical models in large-scale production environments.
• Prototype and validate ambiguous hypotheses using real customer signals to chart paths to production.
• Mentor data scientists and applied scientists, leading technical and science reviews.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and executives to translate complex scientific trade-offs into product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SQL, Python, or statistical software.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Experience with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression) and deploying ML models at scale.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding practices.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model near a US hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Experience deploying LLMs in production on GPUs, Neuron, or TPU.
• Expertise in NLP, Regression, Classification, Clustering, or Anomaly Detection.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight or Tableau.
• Proven track record as a tech lead or mentor on a data science team.
