Location: Fully onsite in Roseville, California at 2998 Douglas Blvd, Suite 120.

Salary: $89,000–$160,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Underwrite new and renewal Commercial and Industrial and Commercial Real Estate credit requests, including working capital lines, asset-based lines, real estate loans, and equipment financing.
• Analyze business, industry, financial, and credit information to identify repayment risks and support credit recommendations.
• Prepare quantitative underwriting narratives, risk ratings, exception analysis, loan coding, and approval documentation.
• Monitor borrower financial performance, spread financial statements, calculate covenants, and help resolve violations.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, client solutions managers, relationship managers, and customers on credit needs and loan structures.
• Review other underwriters’ and credit analysts’ work, provide quality control, coaching, mentoring, and training as needed.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of commercial underwriting, credit analysis, or relevant lending experience.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced credit-quality knowledge, including accounting, financial statement spreading, and cash flow analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of credit policies, procedures, practices, documentation, and applicable banking regulations.
• Strong time management, written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, personal computers, and related business software.
