Senior Relationship Manager, Premium Edge - Bilingual (Finance)

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth, self-directed investing clients.
• Manage a book of more than 200 high-net-worth households and provide personalized service.
• Educate clients on relevant trading policies and procedures without influencing their investment decisions.
• Handle trade execution requests, confirm transactions, and execute orders accurately according to client instructions.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries, escalating issues when required and following up to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and protect client information in compliance with CIRO regulations, hirify.global policies, and the Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales and relationship management.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), and Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL).
• Fluent French and English required to support business operations outside Quebec, Canada.
• Working knowledge of Canadian and U.S. stock and bond markets, including current conditions and trends.
• Strong relationship management, client service, communication, analytical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

Nice to have

• Mandarin and/or Cantonese fluency.
• MBA or CFA accreditation.
• Experience guiding junior colleagues and strengthening internal partnerships.
