Bilingual Territory Account Executive (Montreal) - Hybrid

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; hybrid with office attendance expected 1–2 times per week

Salary: CAD 55,000 base annually; CAD 73,000 combined base plus incentives at target

What you will do

• Support customer needs while delivering added value and pursuing new business.
• Prospect and cold call new contacts to grow and diversify the assigned territory.
• Apply analytical and strategic thinking to achieve sales plans and quotas.
• Build new customer relationships and overcome challenges with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales or retail experience with a proven record of success.
• Metric-driven sales approach, confidence, and business acumen.
• Willingness to learn about enterprise technology.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is required for daily collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and clients outside Quebec.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
