Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; serving the Newmarket-to-Orillia area. Remote work is available with occasional on-site attendance.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and recommend mortgage products and solutions.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations to support their home ownership goals.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to deliver mortgage advice and financial planning support.
• Develop a local sales plan, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Build referral relationships with internal business partners and external realtors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver positive customer experiences.

Requirements

• Mandarin and Cantonese language skills are required.
• Experience in banking and mortgage lending.
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation and mortgage processes.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Availability for a regular 37.5-hour work week.
