What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational partner to the VP of Engineering for Payments and Financial Services.
• Lead execution of highest-priority programs in payments infrastructure and compliance-driven releases.
• Identify and resolve blockers and dependencies before they impact delivery risks.
• Partner with architects and engineering leads on technical decisions affecting product timelines and organizational goals.
• Translate complex technical progress and risks into actionable communication for executive leadership, finance, and compliance.
• Establish operating cadences for planning cycles, program reviews, and status reporting.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• 6+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC across agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Systems-level technical acumen to understand software architecture and identify failure modes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Proven experience with OKR setting and tracking in multi-team environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payment infrastructure (ACH, RTP, FedNow, card rails, or bank APIs).
• Background in software engineering with a transition into program or product leadership.
• Experience working in a scaling fintech or SaaS environment.
