What you will do

  • Define and prioritize features in the product backlog based on the HealthCast vision and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and customers to translate high-level needs into viable and sustainable features.
  • Manage the team backlog and ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements and the product roadmap.
  • Partner with architects and UI/UX designers to conduct technical discovery and ensure user-centric designs.
  • Lead the delivery of digital health solutions in the medical and home care space using systems thinking.
  • Coordinate with globally distributed teams to ensure successful product development, release, and launch.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry (systems, digital, or software development).
  • Proven track record with 5+ major product or portfolio releases.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and technical/architectural constraints.
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
  • Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent for degrees earned outside the US).

Nice to have

  • Experience in a regulated product industry.
