Principal Product Manager (Telemetry and Device Insights)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $137,700–$205,200 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for United States candidates

What you will do

• Own the telemetry strategy for hirify.global's Personal Systems commercial portfolio and prioritize capabilities based on customer needs, competition, and business goals.
• Partner with hirify.global Solutions and the Workforce Experience Platform team to translate telemetry insights into IT experiences, product decisions, and roadmaps.
• Build financially grounded business cases linking telemetry investments to revenue and profit outcomes.
• Define success metrics and use usage and behavioral data to guide roadmap iteration and sustained competitive advantage.
• Represent customer needs by synthesizing feedback from customers, partners, and analysts.
• Scope and oversee research projects while aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Support.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with hardware-services solutions.
• Experience taking innovative, differentiated products or solutions from strategy through execution.
• Experience with experience-driven design, use-case development, and customer journey mapping.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including building and defending data-backed business cases.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Deep understanding of the IT hardware and services industry; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
