Location: Lafayette, Colorado, USA. Minimum of 4 days a week onsite

Salary: $134,400 - $201,600

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for analytics, clinical decision support, and connectivity solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop business cases to support portfolio expansion.
• Lead the development of AI-enabled insights and evidence-based clinical solutions to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage strategic partnerships and lead build, buy, and partner evaluations to accelerate innovation.
• Drive strategy for device connectivity, interoperability, and EMR integration using HL7, FHIR, and APIs.
• Conduct voice-of-customer research with clinicians and health system leaders to translate needs into requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in upstream product management, product marketing, or strategy (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required.
• Experience in digital health, software, analytics, or healthcare technology.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across a complex global matrix organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with interoperability, EMR integration, HL7, FHIR, or APIs.
• Experience leading strategy for AI-enabled solutions or clinical decision support tools.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, data science, or healthcare.
