Senior Upstream Product Manager (Monitoring)

Location: Lafayette, Colorado, United States; minimum 4 days per week onsite

Salary: USD 134,400–201,600 annually; eligible for the hirify.global Incentive Plan

What you will do

• Define product strategy and prioritize roadmaps for monitoring platforms across acute and remote care settings, including Vital Sync.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to guide investment and portfolio planning.
• Lead voice-of-customer activities with clinicians, care teams, and health systems and translate findings into product requirements and prioritized features.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, downstream marketing, and regional teams to develop and launch new capabilities.
• Manage product performance and lifecycle activities, including launch planning, adoption initiatives, portfolio expansion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related field within healthcare technology, medical devices, software, or digital health; alternatively, an advanced degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this Senior-level role.
• For bachelor's degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Ability to work onsite at least four days per week in Lafayette, Colorado.

• Experience with patient monitoring, remote monitoring, or connected care solutions.
