Salary: $134,400–$201,600 USD base salary, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and prioritize roadmaps for acute care, remote patient monitoring, and Vital Sync solutions.
• Lead voice-of-customer research with clinicians, care teams, and health systems.
• Translate customer and market needs into product requirements and prioritized capabilities.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Operations, and regional marketing teams to develop and launch products.
• Manage portfolio performance throughout the product lifecycle and support adoption and expansion initiatives.
• Develop business cases and contribute to portfolio planning and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; qualifying credentials are required for baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related field in healthcare technology, medical devices, software, or digital health.
• Alternatively, an advanced degree with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, product planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable for this Senior-level role.

• Experience with patient monitoring, remote monitoring, or connected care solutions.
