Product Manager (Clinical AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $190,000–$270,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and deliverables aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Own product outcomes and metrics for assigned platform areas from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Work directly with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows and operational challenges.
• Conduct user interviews and translate customer feedback into actionable product insights.
• Partner with engineering, design, commercial teams, and leadership to build and ship products quickly.
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and improve features and workflows using data and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in engineering, product strategy, or a related field.
• Experience building enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflow products.
• Track record of taking a product area from strategy and discovery through launch and measurable outcomes, especially in 0-to-1 opportunities.
• Strong customer discovery, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and product ownership skills.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, system design, and AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with healthcare, EHRs, or clinical systems.
• Background in startups or high-growth environments.
• Experience with operational or workflow-driven products and 0-to-1 development.
• Comfort with SQL, AI coding assistants such as Cursor, and design tools such as FigmaMake.
