Senior Staff Product Manager (Purple AI)

Location: United States; remote. International or domestic travel of approximately 15% is required.

Base salary: $184,000–$253,000 USD per year, depending on candidate location.

What you will do

• Define the vision and strategy for Purple AI and next-generation agentic security capabilities.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and 0-to-1 development through launch, iteration, and optimization.
• Design generative and agentic AI product approaches that balance technical complexity, usability, safety, quality, and business value.
• Establish AI evaluation metrics and data strategies to improve model quality, reliability, and customer value.
• Partner with engineering, research, sales, marketing, pricing, documentation, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable products.
• Lead strategic initiatives, product positioning, adoption strategies, and executive communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise product management experience; cybersecurity product experience is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML products, including generative AI and agentic AI.
• 3+ years of experience launching 0-to-1 enterprise software products from concept through market delivery.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, natural language processing, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, metrics, and safeguards.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, ownership, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity, security operations, or enterprise security environments.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, management consulting, investment banking, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or external partners.
