Senior Product Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base salary: $185,000–$235,000 USD per year, depending on skills, experience, role level, geographic location, scope, and responsibilities.

What you will do

• Lead the roadmap for conversational and agentic AI features across mobile, web, and messaging surfaces.
• Translate ambiguous user needs into structured AI behaviors, workflows, and product requirements.
• Partner with engineering on inference pipelines, agent planning, retrieval, and orchestration logic.
• Shape multimodal interactions, guided flows, and error-recovery patterns with design.
• Define engagement, task-completion, and revenue-impact metrics and run experiments to improve them.
• Build feedback loops with early customers and retail partners while directing a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer technology or AI-driven products.
• Experience with LLM-powered systems, agent frameworks, or conversational UX.
• Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear product decisions.
• Strong user-experience instincts, especially for unstructured workflows.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
