Sr Identity Access Management Engineer (SailPoint)

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Design, configure, implement, and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and IdentityIQ solutions.
• Build identity lifecycle management processes, including joiner, mover, leaver workflows, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes.
• Support application onboarding, aggregation, reconciliation, identity correlation, and disconnected application integrations.
• Develop IAM integrations using SailPoint APIs, REST APIs, SCIM, Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, Python, SQL, and related technologies.
• Implement RBAC, ABAC, role mining, role engineering, access certifications, segregation of duties, and risk-based identity controls.
• Lead technical delivery across IAM initiatives while partnering with Security, Risk, Audit, Technology, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive Identity and Access Management experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ implementation experience.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, access requests and certifications, provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, SoD, and RBAC or ABAC.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, federation, MFA, and Zero Trust principles.
• Relevant technical degree preferred; SailPoint and other identity, cloud security, cybersecurity, or information security certifications preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or IdentityIQ-to-Identity Security Cloud migrations.
• Experience with enterprise RBAC, role mining, CI/CD practices, or related IAM technologies.
