Identity Governance Engineer (SailPoint)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize SailPoint IdentityIQ, including custom workflows, rules, connectors, JML lifecycle logic, and XML/BeanShell customizations.
• Build automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and governance workflows integrating Entra ID, Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, and Exchange.
• Contribute to the enterprise IAM strategy by architecting secure, scalable solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop IAM policies, standards, RBAC controls, and access certification workflows to reduce organizational risk.
• Manage IAM system lifecycles, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, IT, and HR teams; participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development, including advanced rules, workflows, connectors, and XML/BeanShell customization.
• Strong Java programming skills and experience designing, building, deploying, and optimizing IAM or software solutions.
• Experience integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Exchange, and Workday.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access governance, REST/SOAP APIs, SAML, and SCIM.
• Familiarity with SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, Okta, Azure AD, Linux/Unix, PKI authentication, and Java/J2EE.
• Experience with Jenkins and Ansible; security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CCSP are preferred.
