Inventory Control Quality Assurance Associate

Location: Onsite at 125 State St, Moonachie, NJ 07074, United States. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM.

Salary: $18/hour, paid weekly.

What you will do

• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage and maintain warehouse bins.
• Identify and resolve inventory escalations and discrepancies.
• Own SKU management, including updating names, information, and SKU details.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and supply chain teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management and complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Strong analytics or mathematics background.
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and analytical platforms.
• Ability to analyze data using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong technological proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
• Self-motivated, customer-centric, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English.
