Supply Chain Solutions Manager (Logistics)

Location: Fontana, California or City of Industry, California, USA

Annual salary: $80,000–$120,000 USD plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop customized warehousing and distribution plans for e-commerce sellers using platforms such as TikTok, Temu, and Amazon.
• Design workflows for small items, oversized items, and hazardous-material storage and handling.
• Calculate project IRR and payback periods for new warehouse setups and optimize last-mile pricing strategies.
• Define SOPs for over, short, and damaged shipments and other inbound and outbound exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with California CUPA/HMBP hazardous-material regulations.
• Analyze client needs, benchmark competitors, and evaluate overseas warehouse capabilities, pricing, efficiency, and geographic coverage.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in solution design, including 1–2 years in overseas warehouse planning and execution.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, including extracting, manipulating, and visualizing data.
• Experience building dashboards or reporting tools for business decisions.
• Understanding of transportation pricing, carrier selection, service levels, and operational challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, procurement, product, and operations teams.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
