Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA; four days per week in the office and Fridays from home for employees near an office

Salary: $117,000–$162,000 base annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

• Build features for the agent workspace, including member-context views, case management, and account actions.
• Develop systems that collect and surface relevant member and case data at the right time.
• Implement permissions, access controls, and safety guardrails for sensitive account actions.
• Build and maintain integrations between agent tooling and hirify.global’s other systems.
• Add logging, monitoring, and dashboards to improve observability and detect issues early.

Requirements

• Approximately one or more years of professional software development experience, or equivalent internships, projects, or computer science experience.
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails or a comparable web framework, or willingness to learn Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with working with databases.
• Ability to write maintainable, well-tested code.
• Strong desire to learn, investigate how systems work, and understand user needs.
