Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: On-site in New York City; candidates must be located in or open to relocating to the listed location.

Salary: $200K–$275K per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems for private investment workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data teams, and engineers to deliver end-to-end user-facing features.
• Drive hirify.globalitectural decisions and lead engineering projects from ideation through launch.
• Write clean, maintainable code focused on performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to the development of engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web-based software products.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and experience designing scalable systems.
• Full-stack development experience or deep expertise in frontend or backend engineering.
• Experience independently driving projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City or relocate to the listed location.
