What you will do

• Develop web applications using React for the frontend and Ruby on Rails for the backend.
• Drive system design and architecture decisions while managing technical trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Product Management to detail requirements and review work in progress.
• Mentor junior engineers to improve overall team technical capabilities.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and peer code reviews as part of the standard SDLC.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions.
• 4+ years of professional development experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.
• 4+ years of test automation development using RSpec, Cucumber, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and modeling practices.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Technical leadership or management experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS and K8S.
