Field Service Engineer Liquid Chromatography (Morelia)

Location: Remote from Morelia, Mexico; territory includes northern Mexico. Travel to customer sites is required for up to 45%+ of the time, with travel listed at 75%.

What you will do

• Install, configure, optimize, maintain, qualify, validate, and repair hirify.global and multi-vendor chromatography systems.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, operating system, application, and product performance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, equipment adjustments, system acceptance activities, and repairs.
• Provide technical support to customers, manage escalations, and advise on configurations and operational best practices.
• Conduct technical training, workshops, maintenance seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers, end users, and field engineers.
• Maintain service documentation, support cross-functional teams, and identify potential customer opportunities when appropriate.

Requirements

• Must be located in Morelia, Mexico.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or as an end user of HPLC systems.
• Mexican passport and U.S. visa required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English required. Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, independent working, and prioritization skills are expected.
