Senior Field Service Engineer

Location: Remote - Texas, United States; requires domestic and/or international travel 50–60% of the time.

Salary: $87,831–$117,109 annually, plus eligibility for an annual corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair complex equipment and systems.
• Analyze production processes to identify equipment or product failures and determine appropriate corrective action.
• Perform on-site product testing and technical repairs.
• Provide customers with ongoing technical support for system operation and maintenance.
• Act as the company liaison for administrative and technical matters on assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or science field, or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of related engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical support, customer service, relationship-building, complaint-resolution, and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility for extensive domestic and/or international travel, including travel 50–60% of the time.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends when required; honesty, integrity, and ethical conduct are essential.
