Sr Process Integration Engineer (2027 New College Graduate)

Location: Essex Junction, Vermont, USA; onsite at the hirify.global facility.

Salary: $69,000–$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Identify improvement opportunities based on yield, performance, capability, cost, and delivery metrics.
• Gather and analyze data to clarify process problems and define improvement opportunities.
• Develop and test root-cause hypotheses.
• Develop and implement solutions for process yield, cost reduction, integrated process capability, technology ramp, and technology transfers.
• Summarize findings and communicate results across key stakeholders.
• Document and globalize learning while supporting control-plan closure and EHS&S requirements.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or a related field.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and proven good academic standing.
• English fluency.
• Availability to travel up to 10%.
