What you will do

• Identify improvement opportunities based on yield, performance, capability, cost, and delivery metrics.
• Gather and analyze data to understand process and manufacturing problems.
• Develop and test root-cause hypotheses.
• Design and implement process improvement solutions.
• Summarize findings and communicate results to key stakeholders.
• Document and globalize process-learning while supporting control-plan closure.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and good academic standing.
• English fluency required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, engineering, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Availability for up to 10% travel.
