Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on manufacturing systems and measure film properties.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve process engineering concerns.
• Implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation; support junior colleagues and lead project teams as needed.

Requirements

• Doctorate-level new college graduate status is required for this position.
• Ability to design and analyze difficult process engineering experiments and compile technical reports.
• Ability to perform hardware characterization, interpret film-property data, and troubleshoot complex engineering problems.
• Ability to communicate with customers and resolve process engineering issues under limited supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams and implement new technologies and instrumentation.
