Process Engineer III (Semiconductor and Display Manufacturing)

Location: Gloucester, Massachusetts, United States; onsite process engineering role with 10% travel and relocation eligibility.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year.

What you will do

• Design, conduct, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on a variety of systems and measure film properties.
• Troubleshoot complex process engineering issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve customer concerns.
• Prepare internal product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Identify and partner with vendors and suppliers while implementing new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Support junior colleagues and lead project teams as needed while collaborating with R&D teams.

Requirements

• New college graduate with a doctorate, as specified for the role.
• Ability to perform process engineering experiments, data analysis, hardware characterization, and film-property interpretation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to communicate with customers and resolve process engineering concerns under limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
