Director, Corporate Finance & Strategy

Location: Hybrid role based at the Santa Ana, CA headquarters, Jersey City office, or San Francisco; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $152,779–$258,435 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead company-wide FP&A processes, including budgeting, AOP, consolidated three-statement forecasting, monthly pacing, and long-range planning.
• Track performance against plan and provide business leaders with financial reporting, operational metrics, and live reviews.
• Develop and maintain financial models that forecast revenue and profitability.
• Prepare executive, investor, and board presentations and communicate key financial insights.
• Manage forecasting systems and tools such as Adaptive and NetSuite, while partnering with Accounting on the monthly close process.
• Drive IPO readiness initiatives, improve FP&A processes, and coach and develop a team of 2–3 members.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior corporate finance role at a public company.
• Experience designing and executing corporate FP&A processes and systems, forecasts, AOP, and long-range planning.
• Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across a matrixed organization and manage team priorities and development.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, business narrative, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Outstanding Excel and data management skills, with strong knowledge of GAAP, public reporting, financial management processes, Adaptive, and NetSuite.
• Authorization to work legally in the United States is required; hirify.global uses E-Verify.
