Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; 4 days in person and Fridays remote. Offices are also available in New York, Raleigh-Durham, and Dubai.

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 estimated total cash compensation annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own customer relationships as the day-to-day strategic partner and primary point of contact.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into product requirements, user journeys, success metrics, PRDs, and delivery plans.
• Shape workflows, edge cases, and evaluation criteria for AI-powered systems.
• Coordinate customers, engineers, designers, and internal stakeholders across multiple AI products.
• Support early discovery conversations, identify customer pain points, and spot expansion opportunities.
• Drive rollout, enablement, change management, adoption, and long-term business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product, consulting, or implementations.
• Experience building and shipping products with engineers and designers across multiple development cycles.
• Ability to run planning, stand-ups, tracking, retrospectives, and other execution activities effectively.
• Strong structured problem-solving and communication skills, from executive discussions to clear engineering documentation.
• Bias for action, ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to manage multiple customers and shifting priorities.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn quickly and use AI extensively in daily work.
