People Operations Manager (HRIS)

Location: Fully remote, welcome applicants from almost anywhere

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Own and optimize the HiBob HRIS architecture, including workflows, fields, and automations.
• Manage integrations between HR systems such as Gusto, Sequoia, B-Swift, and Fidelity.
• Triage and route incoming requests from the general People inbox.
• Build and maintain a people metrics dashboard for leadership and executive reporting.
• Execute operational logistics for various people programs and specialty projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in People/HR operations, preferably in a startup environment.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining an HRIS, with HiBob experience being a plus.
• Strong ability to manage data flows, integrations, and system troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in building people data reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Demonstrated fluency and curiosity in using AI tools to improve work processes.
• Ability to collaborate synchronously during 9 AM – 2 PM PT.
