SAP Senior Finance Functional Analyst (SAP FI/FICO)

Location: In-office position in Highland Heights, Kentucky; candidates in the Greater Cincinnati area are preferred.

What you will do

• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Controlling stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and identify SAP improvement opportunities.
• Translate finance business requirements into SAP FI/FICO functional specifications and coordinate delivery with global IT and technical teams.
• Support SAP finance applications and their integration with other systems and the broader IT architecture.
• Coordinate requirements, development, testing, go-live, maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and rollout activities.
• Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and manage user support tickets through resolution.
• Monitor application performance and provide business analysis and project coordination for assigned initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year degree.
• Three to five years of functional experience with SAP FI or SAP FICO.
• Experience translating finance requirements into SAP functional solutions, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, and application support.
• Experience troubleshooting SAP application issues and resolving user support tickets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for working with Finance users and technical teams.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment with extended desk and computer use.
