What you will do

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve operational and functional process issues within the debt settlement agency channel.
• Lead workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency.
• Manage data exchange between debt settlement agencies and internal platforms, maintaining data integrity and resolving integration issues.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for technology use cases and data asset enhancements.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, analytics, and agency partners to implement tools and strategic process improvements.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership on process and technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, STEM, or related advanced degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business strategy, financial services, collections, or a related field.
• Experience driving technology adoption and process improvement in a financial institution or similar environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with analytics, technology, and operations teams and leading strategic initiatives and change management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in collections and financial services, plus experience with data analytics tools, workflow automation, and digital transformation.
