Sr Analyst, HR Systems

What you will do

• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to define complex HR business needs and recommend Workday solutions.
• Configure and support Workday functionality across three or more modules or areas.
• Manage workflows, maintain backlogs, and support projects using an agile approach.
• Develop reports, queries, user procedures, job aids, and training for business partners and system administrators.
• Troubleshoot HR systems, analyze data, and maintain system data integrity.
• Monitor HRIS trends, including AI enhancements, and support additional HR systems and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Workday in at least three modules or areas, including hands-on configuration.
• Proficiency in Workday Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes and operations.
