Business Analyst 3 (SQL/Power BI)

Location: Detroit, Michigan, United States; office workplace type. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Salary: $52,000–$101,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Maintain, monitor, and update assigned business processes and systems.
• Research complex problems independently and implement technical or procedural improvements.
• Design processes that meet regulatory requirements and develop operational procedures.
• Generate specialized and ad hoc reports, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and training for users, customers, management, and business units.
• Act as a liaison between software vendors, system users, and corporate stakeholders; potentially lead analyst training or projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Power BI and SQL experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
