Data Analyst III (Power BI/SQL)

Location: Detroit, MI; office-based role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Salary: $52,000–$101,000 annual base compensation, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Maintain, monitor, and update assigned business processes and systems.
• Research complex problems independently and implement technical or procedural improvements.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
• Design processes that meet regulatory requirements.
• Generate specialized and ad hoc reports, analyze findings, and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical support and coordinate between users, software vendors, and corporate teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience identifying continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
