Facility Project Manager (Facilities Management)

Location: Martinsburg, West Virginia, USA; daily work at a customer site in Shepherdstown, West Virginia

Salary: USD 125,000–135,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee daily facility operation and maintenance activities.
• Manage the operation and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water/wastewater systems.
• Ensure contract performance objectives are met or exceeded.
• Maintain staffing levels for preventive maintenance, service orders, and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure reporting is complete and submitted on schedule.
• Keep the CMMS, EMCS, and fire alarm systems current, accurate, and properly operated.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, business management, facility management, or a related field, or at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Lead Engineer at a government site of at least 438,000 square feet.
• At least five years of recent experience managing and supervising facility operations and maintenance at a government site of at least 438,000 square feet.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water/wastewater systems.
• Ability to train employees in EMCS and fire alarm system operation.
