What you will do
- Serve as the primary interface between the project organization and Supply Chain for assigned critical equipment packages.
- Monitor delivery plans, schedules, milestones, reporting cadence, and recovery actions, escalating unresolved performance issues.
- Coordinate integration activities for factory acceptance testing, equipment qualification, commissioning, and system turnover.
- Own cost account management, including budgets, cost control, performance measurement baselines, earned value validation, and estimate-at-completion updates.
- Initiate and manage scope, cost, schedule, supplier coordination, and procurement changes while maintaining baseline integrity.
- Identify, document, track, and escalate risks related to equipment delivery, cost performance, and schedule status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, supply chain, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, supply chain oversight, or equipment delivery on major capital programs.
- Demonstrated cost account management or EVMS experience, including earned value metrics, estimate at completion, and variance analysis.
- Understanding of supply chain processes, contract administration, supplier coordination requests, procurement change control, and integrated master scheduling.
- Experience in nuclear, energy, defense, or heavy industrial capital projects is strongly preferred.
- Applicants must meet applicable ANSI/ANS 3.1 education and experience requirements; U.S. export-control review may require U.S. citizenship or nationality, asylee, refugee, or lawful permanent resident status.
