What you will do

• Lead the successful execution and profitability of ultrasonic cleaning projects.
• Manage project teams and serve as the primary customer contact.
• Prepare proposals, work plans, cost estimates, schedules, field directives, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate project financial documentation and support credit and collections activities.
• Provide technical support to industrial service offices and assist with subcontractor selection and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, regulations, and corporate procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial services, hydro blasting, or chemical cleaning.
• Experience with cost estimating and computer applications.
• Strong customer management, interpersonal, communication, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
