Project Manager (Pumps)

Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite

Salary: $86,100–$114,800 per year

Engineered Pump Division provides mission-critical pumps and related services for U.S. Navy ships and submarines, including aircraft carriers and submarine programs.

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of customer pump projects and programs through contract delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Finance, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and other hirify.global divisions.
• Manage project schedules, open issues, financial performance, and contract commitments.
• Prepare periodic project status reviews for customers.
• Coordinate issue resolution and make recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least five years of production, engineering, project, or program management experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with government contracting projects and supply chain operations, including planning, scheduling, purchasing, supplier selection, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience working in project teams and strategic sourcing.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Defense industry experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience and knowledge.
