What you will do

• Support procurement and tender processes.
• Request, compare, and analyze supplier quotations.
• Build supplier relationships and maintain communication.
• Monitor contractual agreements and procurement terms.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Improve procurement processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders on client-specific data solutions.

Requirements

• MBO/HBO-level education, preferably in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and numerical skills.
• Good command of Dutch and English required.
• Knowledge of Excel and/or procurement or ERP systems.
• Proactive, accurate, organized, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
