Junior Procurement Specialist

What you will do

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders.
• Support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
• Review and process supplier invoices.
• Coordinate procurement requests with internal stakeholders and Finance.
• Track procurement requests to ensure timely processing according to SLA.
• Maintain procurement, software license, and IT asset documentation.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, P2P, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Administrative Support.
• Understanding of procurement or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• English: Intermediate+ required.
• Polish: Required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Jira, or other ERP/procurement systems.
• Experience working with purchase orders, invoices, or supplier documentation.
• Croatian or Spanish language skills.
