• Lead loyalty marketing activities for Sephora at Kohl’s.
• Drive Beauty Insider member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Increase sampling redemption across retail and ecommerce channels.
• Shape client-centric loyalty strategies and experiences.
• Deliver seamless marketing programs across the Sephora and Kohl’s partnership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partners focused on loyalty strategy, client experience, and business growth.

• Senior-level marketing management experience.
• Experience leading loyalty marketing activities.
