What you will do
- Own multiple client relationships as the primary point of contact for Fat Earth.
- Develop and execute lifecycle strategies including email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription programs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of deliverables from strategy and briefing to execution and analysis.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular status updates to clients to drive growth.
- Collaborate with creative teams, paid media, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Optimize automated customer journeys and conduct A/B testing to improve KPIs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in Klaviyo and managing lifecycle programs
- Previous agency or brand experience
- Strong project management and communication skills
